here’s a peek at what i won’t be wearing this new year’s eve… basic black but fabulous shoes and dress.  the dress is alexander mcqueen and shoes are marc by marc jacobs, both from browns.  the showstopper here is the incredible necklace from tom binns‘ couture collection.  i was sort of worried that the metallic jimmy choo clutch might be too much with the necklace.  but i figure what the hell.  it’a a fictional new year’s eve outfit, i’m okay with a little over the top.  is it weird that i’ve given this so much thought, and zero thought to what i’m actually wearing so far?
