meet my ultimate fantasy outfit of the moment.  the focal point here is obviously the amazing tom binns medusa necklace.  this is a couture piece that he did in 2006, and is made entirely of oxidized sterling silver beads.  i’ve been staring at this thing on a regular basis for a couple of months now.  i think the jeffrey campbell palace booties add enough interest to stand up to a piece as bold as the necklace.  and the rest is just basic, but sculptural black.  the tulip skirt is topshop, and the shirt is rm by rouland mouret.
