i have to say, i’ve always been kind of ambivalent toward doo.ri.  she was very likable in seamless, and her clothes have always been nice, but just a little too basic for me to get really excited over.  her new collection though is kind of amazing.  i’m guessing these rhinestone covered, sparkly tights that she showed with almost every look, may be the next big diy trend to go around.  there are also amazingly intricate necklaces, and a vest with a crazy spider web mess of chains covering the entire chest.  the clothing itself is perfectly simple, in luxe fabrics and a great color palette.

and on to zac posen.  i don’t always love what he does, but this collection really struck a chord with me.  in a season with a lot of grunge, goth and understated silhouettes, full on joan crawford, dynasty style glam is kind of exciting.  and oh yeah, glittery tights here too.  check out the detail shots on style.com.
